Support

Hey guys, past couple of days i’ve been trying to make an AI Agent in Retell AI for a Potential client work with a Bulgarian number. I’ve tryed everything and contacted Zadarma’s (Telephone provider) support team. Support told me Bulgaria has some local restrictions that state that Outgoing calls from BG numbers are only possible within BG and Retell and Elevenlaven labs are routing via US, so such calls are being dropped.

Here is what Support told me :

“The calls in your examples were initiated from a US IP address, so it is likely that the service you used to make these calls has servers located in that country. Please note that the number you ordered can only be used at the address specified during activation. Calls initiated from the territory of other countries will not go through.”

I'm searching for a way to route the calls from US to BG and a friend told me to try Cloudonix since you guys work well with Retell AI. Think its specific to Bulgaria, where all outbound calls MUST originate within the country. If you think we can make it work i will love to make it happen, just let me know.
