The domain hisky.prod.cloudonix.net doesn't create a call for my customers.

Do you have more information? Such as session tokens or SIP traces?
Even an exact time of a call that failed will help.

From looking at the domain I can set there were calls being run as late as 2025-11-27 (though not successful ones).

The unsuccessful calls are cals made from phone towards a connected SIP
client,
Such calls shouldn't be successful as the call should be forward to hiSky
proxy.

The real issue are with calls from the hiSky Proxy towards Cloudonix domain
where the SIP session timeout and hangs.
I'm attaching here a SIP trace that I hope will help.

I've reviewed the attached PCAP file, and something strikes me as odd. I can see the first INVITE but it seems like the rest of the INVITE requests are not received.
Based on the Call-ID, I've looked at the log files - following the original SIP 407 response, we hadn't received any INVITE from your server. Based on what I remember,
the calls are originated from your NCP server, then INVITEd over to us. Any chance there was an issue with your server side, causing this? other than the first INVITE
of each session, I'm not seeing anything else related.
