Description
Many calls stuck on precreated statys
- Status changed from New to In Progress
The issue is currently under investigation, caused by a glitch that occurs in one of our core APIs. A fix had been deployed to resolve the issue,
so please test again.

A related problem was fixed a while ago, and after that there was no more communication from the customer about this issue - so we believe it is no longer relevant.
