Ongoing 403 D13 Error When Dialing Out via Telnyx Trunk – Request for Assistance

Hello Cloudonix Support Team,

I’m having trouble completing inbound and outbound calls through our Telnyx SIP trunk in md-test.cloudonix.net and would appreciate your help.

Issue Summary
Every call placed by our ReTell.ai application is rejected with
403 Dialed number +49xxxxxxxxxxx (associated countries: DEU) is not included in whitelisted countries SWE,POL,GBR,DNK D13.

Cloudonix then reports
No outbound trunk found to take the call … last status: ERROR

Please let me know if I can provide further details or real-time logs. All relevant screenshots (domain settings, trunk settings, Telnyx profile) will be attached to this ticket for your reference.
