I've looked the sessions history for deepvox.cloudonix.net, from about
that time, and it looks like most (all?) errors are sessions that report
these errors:
- Outbound dial {CALLID} to {DESTINATION} has failed: 503 Service
Unavailable
- No outbound trunk found to take the call to {DESTINATION} out of [
33921831081561392.zt.plivo.com], last status: ERROR
Which explain the situation pretty well, we believe - the remote SIP
service for the outbound trunk "33921831081561392.zt.plivo.com" has
reject the call with the error "503 Service Unavailable".
This seems to be either a misconfiguration of the outbound trunk "
33921831081561392.zt.plivo.com" in the the deepvox.cloudonix.net domain -
i.e. it is not configured according to the how the termination service
documentation indicated - or there's some misconfiguration on the
termination service side.
Looking at the trunk configuration, it says that the trunk named "
33921831081561392.zt.plivo.com" is using the destination remote host
address "sbc00.in.dimi.tel" - you should check with the dimitel setup,
that it is set correctly for your usage.¶

we are experiencing errors in cloudonix sessions while out going calls
about to be made.
I am attaching the screenshot for your reference , please let me know why
is this happening when can we get back to the running system.
