As you may have more than one domain, when you log in as a customer administrator (i.e. not a domain administrator) and select "Sessions" - you'd need to choose the domain to list the sessions for.
Another way to get to the domain session list is to go to the "Domains" section, and for the chosen domain - click the "Sessions" icon:
