Hi Oded,
Following your answer about this issues - how can know what is the reason for this error?
We saw this error today above 10 times, and usually for the same number more than once.

Czimer Daniel - I apologize for the long time to respond, I thought the discussion we had on Slack was conclusive.
As far as I can tell, all of those issues are the result of getting "Congestion" errors from the aws-inoutbound
trunk. This type of message is considered a networking/communication issue on the provider side and not an indication of destination inavailability - so the Cloudonix Platform handles it by trying to terminate to another trunk - as this is the only outbound trunk available, you get the "No outbound trunk found to take the call" error.
Is this issue still happening?
