closedOngoing 403 D13 Error When Dialing Out via Telnyx Trunk – Request for Assistance

Hello Cloudonix Support Team,
I’m having trouble completing inbound and outbound calls through our Telnyx SIP trunk in md-test.cloudonix.net and would appreciate your help.
Issue Summary
Every call placed by our ReTell.ai application is rejected with
403 Dialed number +49xxxxxxxxxxx (associated countries: DEU) is not included in whitelisted countries SWE,POL,GBR,DNK D13.
Cloudonix then reports
No outbound trunk found to take the call … last status: ERROR
Please let me know if I can provide further details or real-time logs. All relevant screenshots (domain settings, trunk settings, Telnyx profile) will be attached to this ticket for your reference.

The 403 Dialed number … is not included in whitelisted countries
is a known (and intended) limitation of the Telnyx configuration: Telnyx limits call termination to specific countries that you have designated, and by default includes only US and Canada. From the error message it looks like you've already whitelisted some European countries but not Germany, which is what you need to allow calls to numbers with the +49 international prefix.
See the following Telnyx Troubleshooting document, where under "Dialed number is not included in your whitelisted countries/regions" it explains how to whitelist regions.
We recommend you whitelist all continents, or at least the European Union.

Then may I suggest you contact Telnyx support about this - according to the text of the error message their system have sent, only Sweden, Poland, Great Britain and Denmark are whitelisted.
I believe Telnyx support will be able to help you better than we at Cloudonix can - the error message shown in the Cockpit is exactly the error message Cloudonix have received from Telnyx.

Closed due to no additional customer feedback.
I'm assuming Telnyx support had taken care of the issue as we see new sessions in md-test.cloudonix.net
being terminated correctly to +49 numbers
